All you have to do is, after you create any email in Gmail, click on the arrow next to the option you send as Send. Click on the arrow and then select ‘Schedule Send’.
You can choose where the email will be sent or you can choose any date and time to deliver your email.
Similarly, if you are a smartphone user, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen instead of the arrow on your smartphone. Then the option ‘Schedule Send’ will be displayed.
Here you can choose the time when email will be sent. You also have the option of canceling your scheduled emails just like regular emails. The scheduled mail will be canceled immediately by pressing Cancel Send to the right.
